My name is Mohammad Mehedi Hasan. I come from Bangladesh and currently I´m a PhD student with the ERA Chair TransGeno team. I completed my bachelor´s and Master´s degree in pharmacy in Bangladesh. During my Bachelor´s programme, I worked under the supervision of Prof. Dr Ehsaul Huq, Department of Pharmacy, Primeasia University on the project of extraction of total alkaloid contents from leaves of Catharanthus roseus and their separation by thin layer chromatography. During my Master´s programme (2017), I worked on the severe acute respiratory syndrome in humans. My main scientific career started after joining the University of Tartu. Here I work on extracellular vesicles derived from the follicular fluid. I also work on of human and bovine IVM and IVF system. In my free time, I like to read books and also travelling is one of my favourite hobbies.
