Fifteen young students from different High Schools in Estonia got introduced our lab-work in TransGeno Lab on February 27th. In three-part workshop potential future bachelor’s students could experience how it feels to be a scientist.

First station introduced World of Nano-Particles – everyone could see how nano-particles are visualized at intercellular communication.

In second station epithelial cells collected from cheek were coloured and watched under the light microscope.

Third was DNA Station, where DNA was segregated, visualized, and its quality and quantity were evaluated.
