Osteogenesis Imperfecta - From Teeth to Genes

On 21st of November Transgeno project is happy to host a guest seminar at 11 am in SIME seminar room at Ravila 14B.

The presenters are:

Lidiia Zhytnik, MSc
I obtained Bachelor’s degree in Gene Technology in 2012 and Master’s degree in Biomedicine in 2014 (University of Tartu). I am currently a PhD student and junior researcher in University of Tartu (Estonia), Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics. My main research interest is Osteogenesis Imperfecta and congenital bone fragility.
Natalia Cardoso, MSc
Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry Orthodontic and TMD and Orofacial Pain Specialist
Master’s degree in Dentistry (Federal University of Minas Gerais).
PhD student in Pediatric Dentistry (Federal University of Minas Gerais)
Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Dentistry at FEAD and FACSETE
Professor of postgraduate courses in dentistry
Research field: Malocclusion
