Sascha Raschke studied biology at the University of Duesseldorf (Germany) and received his Ph.D. in radiation biology.
After a postdoc position in Essen where he worked on checkpoint response and DNA damage in cells irradiated with X-rays, he went back to Duesseldorf and gained experience in scientific project management on an interdisciplinary radio-biological research project.
At Particle Metrix Sascha is an application scientist and responsible for service and scientific support. His main duty is the development of applications on extracellular vesicles and other biological nanoparticles for the ZetaView® in close collaboration with customers and the R&D department of Particle Metrix.
Sascha is a lecturer in TransGeno research school “Basics to Work with Extracellular Vesicles”.
