Hector C. Pagan has twenty years of project writing and management experience both in United States and Estonia. He has worked in a wide range of fields including projects devoted to developing the medical area between Latvia and Estonia, research on skin and bone tissue generation, livestock breeding technologies and translational genomics. Within the TransGeno project, his role is to ensure progress towards reaching deliverables and tasks, compliance with European Commission requirements, monitoring activity and promoting internal communication between staff and key stakeholders. Hector holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from New York University and has worked for the past ten years as a project manager and lecturer at the University of Tartu.
